As you have probably noticed Reiki has suddenly started to pop up everywhere. There are countless sites on the net and like everything they range from the weird and wonderful to the very informative. The problem comes when you have to work out which is what.

Everyone has the ability to use Reiki and although it appears simple its uses go far beyond our imaginations. It allows us not only to heal the physical ailments that afflict us, our friends and family but also to discover and fulfill our full potential and to change our lives in a very real way.
Above all Reiki is not airy fairy or New Age, (though some would make it so). It is not a cult, a religion or a way of escaping from life. It is a practical and down-to-earth way of finding lasting health and happiness and everyone has the ability to use it .
